The disease is otherwise known as enterobioza invasive parasitic disease which is caused by a nematode called human threadworm. Infection occurs through threadworm gets to the human body through ingestion or inhalation of nematode eggs. The egg travels the road to the large intestine where it matures about 2-4 weeks, and their effect lasts for 2 months. A female that becomes active at night consists of about 8000-12000 eggs around the anus and in women sometimes in front of the vagina. Eggs are laid outside the human body to a temperature of 1930-1936 degrees Celsius have adequate moisture.
